Vollrath 10 lb. Electric Countertop Fryer

The Vollrath FFA7110 and FFA8110 Cayenne standard duty electric fryers can be ordered in 120v and 208-240v. The units are 17.27" from front to back and feature quick heat up and temperature recovery time between loads in order to help you deliver deliciously crisp fried foods to your customers.

The Cayenne electric fryer is thermostatically controlled to 375° F (190° C) and features an automatic safety shut off at 390° F (199° C). This fryer was made in a space saving format to accommodate tight counter spaces. It is ideal for small pubs, colleges, and product-specific applications.
