The Crown Verity CV-MCB-48 gas outdoor charbroiler is mobilized with two 14-inch wheels and two casters. To prevent rolling while employees cook, the casters are fitted with locks to secure it. Supplies and cooking tools can be stored on the undershelf, and its water pan includes a drain port to remove excess water, reducing the risk of grease fires and easing the cleaning process. Made of 16-gauge stainless steel, the radiants can be wiped clean to remove debris and grime. This grill is made to be used with bulk propane; it isn't compatible with smaller 20-pound, 50-pound, or 100-pound tanks.

Measuring 56 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 66 inches high, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-48 mobile commercial charbroiler uses a total of 99,000 BTUs and is powered with LP gas. The six burners utilize a pilot burner tube system, and each have their own controls to cook multiple foods at different temperatures.
